We put electronic devices and computing technology to practical use, and build the software that goes with them, to help our clients and their end users solve the problems in front of them — and, in doing so, to keep contributing to a society that moves forward.

Toshiya Kurasaki spent roughly ten years at Fujitsu Limited as a systems engineer serving financial institutions, followed by some eleven years in the Sony group working on electronic money, IC cards and mobile FeliCa (NFC) — covering both development and operational support.
Since going independent in 2011 he has worked across IT projects in Japan and abroad. He has headed the IT function of a Hong Kong-based logistics company, supported US FDA clearance for medical imaging software, provided technical support for Rwanda's "Tap&Go" transit e-money scheme, and designed, built and rolled out contactless IC card payment services in Ghana.
He founded ElektroLibera LLC in 2020. The firm works chiefly in payments and financial DX: designing, building and maintaining the gateway and credit-decisioning servers for a major bank-affiliated leasing company's DX program; developing a Bluetooth payment application PoC for a credit card company within a major financial group; and providing technical advisory and project management to cashless payment startups. It also supports the implementation of internal control systems.
