A platform that uses the APIs of Japan's megabanks (on NTT DATA's ANSER infrastructure) to process rent remittances numbering in the tens to hundreds of thousands from a single web UI. ElektroLibera LLC handled project management (PMO) and supported the development work carried out by GVE Ltd.
A property management company collects rent from the tenant companies in the properties it manages and then transfers that rent to each property's owner. Doing this meant working through a different internet banking screen for every bank, processing anywhere from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of transfers per bank — a heavy load for the operations team.
Each megabank's internet banking screen is different, with no common layout or sequence of steps.

The automated remittance platform built by GVE connects to each megabank's API through ANSER, the shared infrastructure operated by NTT DATA. The property management company drives transfers to every bank from a single web UI.

Standing between stakeholders with very different perspectives — the property management company, GVE and the megabanks — to settle requirements without misunderstandings.
Working through business requirements such as transfer volumes, error handling and inquiry specifications, then turning them into design requirements while checking them against the bank API specifications.
Building and managing the schedule for development, testing and bank connection verification, delivering the megabank connections by the end of 2025.

Mapped out the problems in the property management company's remittance work, researched the bank APIs (ANSER) and assessed whether the process could be systematized. Drafted the requirements that would launch the project.
GVE Ltd. joined as system developer and the project formally began. ElektroLibera came on board as PMO and started requirements definition, scheduling and stakeholder management.
After development and testing of the GVE platform, API connections to two megabanks were completed and the property management company began running production transfers.
Plans call for extending coverage to the remaining megabank (1 bank) and to regional banks, adding supported banks one by one on the same platform. Production connections to two megabanks are already complete.
