Basic Policy

ElektroLibera LLC ("the Company") protects the information assets under its management from threats such as accidents, disasters and crime, and works to be worthy of the trust placed in us by our clients and by society. To that end, the whole company addresses information security in accordance with the policy set out below.

  1. Responsibility of Management

    Under the leadership of our Founder & CEO, the Company works to improve and strengthen information security in an organized and continuous manner.

  2. Internal Structure

    The Company forms a team responsible for maintaining and improving information security, and establishes its information security measures as formal internal rules.

  3. Practices of Employees and Staff

    The employees and staff of the Company acquire the knowledge and skills that information security requires, and put our commitment to information security on a firm footing.

  4. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements

    The Company complies with the laws, regulations, standards and contractual obligations relating to information security, and meets the expectations of its clients.

  5. Response to Breaches and Incidents

    Should a breach of law or contract, or an incident relating to information security, occur, the Company responds appropriately and works to prevent recurrence.
